Some Books

Here are the newest recommendations.

TWO FROM GALILEE
BY MARJORIE HOLMES

This is such a great book. It is the story of Mary and Joseph that we aren't used to. I am still reading this book, but I'm enjoying it immensly. This is a book that can be for anytime of the year, not just Christmas!

THE MOODY FAMILY SERIES
BY SARAH MAXWELL

This is one of the best series I have come across. It is written by a Christian woman who was homeschooled. The books are about a Christian family, the Moodys. The children, Max, Mollie, Mitch and Maddie are homeschooled and these books are about their adventures. These books are delightful and exciting. These books are not available at libraries and booksellers, but can be bought at www.Titus2.com
So far there are 5 books:

1-Summer with the Moodys
2-Autumn with the Moodys
3-Winter with the Moodys
4-Spring with the Moodys
5-Summer Days with the Moodys

More info about the books can be found at: http://www.titus2.com/moody-series/index.php and http://www.titus2.com/ecommerce/products/prod_listing.php/1176

Well, those are some of the good books that I have been reading. Have a great week and New Year!

Merry Christmas!

I hope you all had a very merry Christmas. This year the tree wasn't so packed as we did not receive any gifts from Mom and Dad and used the money to give to others. One of my favorite gifts was the one from my Grandma Taylor. We each received a T-Shirt with the words 'Courage of a Warrior' on the front. We also received a ' Charity book, Where we record Battles with Satan that we won (such as helping others) and our Joys and Blessings. I spent most of the day REading new books, and playing new games. I had a wonderful Christmas and I hope you did to!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

P.S. Pictures to come Later! My camera ran out of Batteries, and we have no available AA's.

Little Roller

Katelyn is starting to roll. She is doing more of body curve for a starter. One time I was sitting at the computer and she twisted around to see me! So sweet!

Costruction With Concrete

So the sidewalk outside our house was jagged and uneven. We had some complaints so we had new sidewalk put in. Yesterdaythey took out the cement and cut out the roots that had been moving the sidewalk. Today they put in the Cement. The kids were fascinated. It's not like you see cement being poured every day in front of your house! It was so cool.

Perler Beads

This past couple of weeks we have been doing a lot of perler beads as gifts this year for Christmas. My sister Mackenzie and I did some videos to show what projects we did for our friends. Here are some.

2-The Christmas List by Richard Paul Evans
3-A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens

Yarn Day

Today I went to my friend Hannah Sanford's house. She makes hats on looms, and I was really interested in learning. Since she has trouble crocheting, we got together to teach each other. She helped me make a really neat hat with one of her looms and I helped her crochet a purse! I had a really great time learning a fun new skill. I am going to save up my money and buy some looms now!
